All images on this site are available for purchase as either a fine art print/product. Purchased images will not contain the logo seen in the Portfolio section of my website. 

Purchasing an Image:

All image purchases may be made through the  Stock Library section of this site as either prints and products.    

Viewing: 

Monitors and other image viewing devices vary significantly in how they display colors and ranges of brightness. When possible, always view any image on a color-calibrated monitor prior to purchase.  

Image Use Restrictions:

All images on this site are copyrighted and I ask that you respect my copyright.  However, I realize that not everyone understands all the intricacies related to copyrights and image use so I have included a detailed explanation of what rights each type of image purchase gives the buyer.  Please use this information as a guide for deciding what type of product or license is best for your intended use. Prints and Products:

The Fine Art Print and Product offerings have been curated to satisfy customer requests for popular items.  Factors I use in selecting print vendors include a vendor’s reputation for producing quality archival products that are properly color managed and carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipment.  Additionally, I select my print vendors based on years of experience in the industry, customer satisfaction ratings, and product offerings.  

Note: Purchasing a print does not transfer any rights to reproduce the image in any manner whatsoever.  You are purchasing the print only, not the rights to the image.   If you wish to use any image on this site to create a painting, quilt, or other product, you will need to contact me directly at www.mariastrussphotography.com to purchase a Rights Managed Download specific for your intended use.  

Bulk Purchase:

Bulk purchase discounts are also available by contacting me directly for fine art prints and multiple purchases of image licenses, provided purchases occur within the same transaction.
