Swamp and Marsh Photos

Welcome to my gallery of swamps and salt marsh photographs located primarily in the Southeastern United States.

Swamps exude a dark and mysterious beauty with stately cypress trees, birds, and alligators inhabiting the terrain. Best of all fall color in cypress swamps can be every bit as stunning as in mountain locales.

While swamps create a sense of mystery, salt marshes with their vast open grasses and creeks can be very tranquil.  In fact, there is a unique serenity to a salt marsh that is quite a challenge to convey in a photograph.

Explore this portfolio and let me know if you agree. Of note, this gallery contains a number of national award-winning images.

All images in this portfolio are available as fine art prints, metal prints, canvas,  aluminum prints, and other products at: Purchase Swamps and Salt Marshes Images.
